ἐξουσία

Exousia is a Greek word that indicates the Authority granted by the Holy Spirit to operate in Power according to the Divine Will

A woman who had suffered from hemorrhages for twelve years, and whom no one had healed, came up behind him and touched the edge of his cloak, and immediately her blood stopped. Jesus said, “Who touched me?” While they all denied it, Peter said, “Master, the crowd is pressing in on you and crushing you.” But Jesus said, “Someone touched me; I sensed that power had gone out from me.” Then the woman, seeing that she could not remain hidden, came forward trembling, and falling down at his feet, declared in front of all the people why she had touched him and how she had been healed immediately. He said to her, “Daughter, your faith has made you well; go in peace.”
- Luke 8, 43-48
